Question 1. - How can I place an order on the AAS couture website/m-site?
Answer 1 - To place an order on www.aaascouture.com, follow these simple steps: Click on the product to be ordered, select the desired size / MTO form and click "add to bag".
a) Open www.aaascouture.com
b) You can select the various options where you can filter your preference while shopping on the website i.e. “categories”, “occasions” or “crafts and concepts”.
c) Click on the product you wish to purchase, select ‘pick a size’ if you fall under standard measurements of XS-2XL or opt for ‘customized size’ and fill in your measurements for a custom fit and click on ‘add to cart’.
d) Once you have added all the products to your bag that you wish to purchase, go to your ‘cart’.
e) You can check for any applicable coupon codes by clicking on ‘apply coupon’.
f) Click 'checkout'.
g) Sign in to your account using your registered email id and password. If you are a first time visitor, you can proceed to checkout as a guest user or create a new account in one short step for a seamless shopping experience and faster checkout.
h) Enter your shipping and billing address.
i) Choose from payment option – net banking / credit card / debit card / customer’s wallet/UPI, you will be re-directed to a fully secure payment gateway where you need to enter your card/wallet details.
j) Re-check your order details.
k) Click on "place order".
l) Once the order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail and SMS with all your order information.
Question 2 - What are the payment options available?

Question 3 - Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on the AAS site and app?
Answer 3 - We assure you that AAS offers you the highest standards of security currently available online to ensure that your shopping experience is private, safe, and secure. We work with only reliable and secure payment partners who are PCI DSS compliant. Your bank will authorize the credit card transaction directly without any information passing through to us. We do not retain your banking information.
Question 4 - How do I redeem a coupon?
Answer 4 - Once you have added all the products to your bag that you wish to purchase, go to your ‘cart’. You can check for any applicable coupon codes by clicking on ‘apply coupon’.
Question 5 - Can I cancel my order after receiving order confirmation?
Answer 5 - Yes, you can cancel your order on the website within 24 hours of placing the order. An automatic customer wallet will be created and the total amount paid will be credited to the wallet. The validity of the balance in the customer wallet will be 30 days and a new purchase can be made using this balance within the period of 30 days. AAS follows a strict no refund policy.
Question 6 - Can I return my product in case of any issue?
Answer 6 - Your product will be eligible for a return only if the product purchased falls under the standard size chart i.e. XS, S, M, L, XL and 2XL. Intimation of return has to be given via mail at info@aascouture.com within 24 hours of the delivery. Automatic customer wallet will be created and the amount paid for the product will be credited once the product is received back by AAS ie. Shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount paid for the order. The validity of the balance in the customer wallet will be 30 days and a new purchase can be made using this balance within the period of 30 days. AAS follows a strict no refund policy.
Question 7 - Can I exchange my product in case of any size issue? / How can I request for alteration in ‘made to order’ from AAS?
Answer 7 - In case of any alterations, a request has to be initiated within 48 hours of delivery via mail at info@aascouture.com. A picture of you wearing the garment has to be attached in the mail for our reference. Once the picture has been examined by our design team, an approval will be given and the customer will ship back the product to the registered address on his/her own expense – Aarti Industries, 135, Gujranwala town-2, Delhi-110009, contact no. 9810888162. After the alteration is done, AAS will re-ship the product to the customer and will bear the re-shipping cost.
Question 8 - What happens if I receive a damaged/defective/incomplete/wrong order?
Answer 8 - In case of any damaged/defective/incomplete/wrong order, the piece will be exchanged with a new piece of the same product as per the original order. A request has to be initiated within 24 hours via mail along with a picture proof for verification at info@aascouture.com. Once the request is processed, the customer has to ship their order back to us. All costs incurred during the reverse shipping process will be refunded by AAS.
Question 9 - How can I ship back the order?
Answer 9 - You will need to self-ship the item(s) to be returned via any reliable courier partner. Please ensure that you place a sheet of paper with details of the Order ID and return/exchange ID in the package. We request you to share the courier details with us on mail at info@aascouture.com once the product has been shipped. In case of a damaged/defective/incomplete/wrong order, the delivery amount will then be credited to you in your AAS customer wallet.
Question 10 - Where should I self-ship the product(s) to be returned/exchanged/altered?

Question 11 -How long does it take to receive my refund in my wallet?
Answer 11 - The amount to be refunded will be transferred in your wallet within 24-48 working hours once the prior process of return/cancellation has been completed.
Question 12 - How will I know if my order has been placed successfully?
Answer 12 - You will receive an email and SMS confirmation from AAS once your order has been successfully placed. The mail will have all the details related to your order.
Question 13 - How do I check the status of my order?
Answer 13 - You can log in to your account on www.aascouture.com. Click on ‘track your order’ to check your order status.
Question 14 - Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Answer 14 - In case your product has not been dispatched by AAS, you can modify the shipping address of your order. You can do this by sending a request to us via mail at info@aascouture.com. If your request has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email from AAS.
Question 15 - How long will it take for my order to reach me?
Answer 15 - Your order will get delivered within 3-4 business weeks depending on your location in India. In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on the accessibility of your location.
Question 16 - In case, my order shows delivered but I have not received it. What has to be done?
Answer 16 - Generally, our courier partners deliver the order to the intended recipient at the delivery address only. In case, you have not received the order, we request you to drop us a mail at info@aascouture.com within 24 hours of the delivery intimation from our end. We shall arrange proof of delivery for you within 48 hours of your complaint from the courier partner.
Question 17 - What are the shipping charges on AAS?
Answer 17 - We offer free delivery for all domestic orders i.e. orders to be delivered within India. International shipping rates vary depending on the country you live in. The charges are automatically calculated at the time of checkout based on the shipping address entered by you. International orders of $250 and above are eligible for free delivery.
However, the costs for exchange shipments are to be incurred by the customer.
Kindly note, any complaint raised after 24 hours of receiving the delivery intimation may not be considered.
