Shipping Policy

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Order will be shipped within 3 weeks from the date of placing the order. In addition, please refer to the cancellation and delay in shipment policies by AAS.  

  • Orders will be delivered within 15-18 working days from the date of receiving the order.

  • Reliable agencies are associated with our company for delivery in and outside the country viz Shiprocket, DHL, FedEx. 

     

DELAY IN SHIPPING 

We endeavour but do not guarantee to deliver the products to Users within the timeline provided while accepting an order.  

Delivery of a product may be delayed due to many reasons including: 

  • Bad weather

  • Flight delay

  • Political disruptions

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

  • Production issues

  • Operational issues

  • The Company shall not be held liable for any delay due to unforeseen circumstances like the ones suggested above. 

  • In the event of any delay of the product is expected, We may, at our sole discretion, intimate the User who may have purchased the same, regarding such delay.

  • In case a customer purchases multiple Products in one order, we may deliver the same together. However, this may not always be possible and can be shipped separately depending on the production and availably of the product.

  •  Average time for International delivery would be 5-10 days working days. 

  • Delivery Mode – Delivery is done with reliable delivery partners SHIP ROCKET, DHL, FEDEX etc.

  • Payment is accepted through RAZORPAY/PHONE PAY/PAYPAL/NET BANKING/DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD.


    CUSTOMS AND DUTIES 

    Custom Duties, if any, are applied by the local customs office of the country where the customer is receiving the shipment, and these are borne by the customer. Customs duties or taxes are applied as per import duties and taxation laws of a country and are outside our influence and control. Hence these need to be borne by the recipient of the shipment, the customer. 

    • AAS FOLLOWS A STRICT NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE & NO RETURN POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

    SPECIAL NOTES:

    • All orders will require a signature on delivery. 

    • We will only be able to deliver to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing an order. Changes are not permitted once the order has been placed. 

    • In certain circumstances, if the first delivery attempt to the specified address fails, the customer may be notified by the courier company regarding the parcel availability for self-collection from the local FedEx/ DHL/ UPS Access Point location. 

    • Actual or Volumetric Weight, Whichever higher will be charged 

    • Vol. wt.- (LXBXH) cms/ 5000 Divisor. 

    • IGST@18.00% Applicable as per govt. rules Applicable on total 

    • Once the order is shipped, the customer will be informed by E-mail and WhatsApp along with the tracking details of the order placed.
